All of the TN Valley remains under a Heat Advisory for the weekend;however, some areas may hit dangerous heat levels and , as a result, the NWS has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for most of Alabama as well as Southern Middle Tennessee until 7p.m. tonight and again from noon-7p.m. on Sunday. See counties shaded in purple. Stay indoors and take the heat seriously.
